Account Verification
Verify that your MEXC accounts are properly connected and working.
What is Verification?
Account verification is the process of testing the connection between MEXC Manager and your MEXC account. It checks that your API credentials are valid and that the account is accessible.
During verification, MEXC Manager:
- Connects to MEXC using your API token
- Fetches your account balance
- Confirms trading permissions are enabled
- Updates the account status in your dashboard
Verifying a Single Account
To verify a single account:
- 1. Go to the Accounts page
- 2. Find the account you want to verify
- 3. Click the Verify button (checkmark icon)
- 4. Wait for the verification to complete
Verifying All Accounts
To verify all accounts at once:
- 1. Go to the Accounts page
- 2. Click Verify All in the toolbar
- 3. Wait for all accounts to be checked
You can also select specific accounts using the checkboxes and verify only the selected accounts using the bulk action toolbar.
Verification Status
After verification, each account will show one of these statuses:
| Status | Indicator | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Valid | Green checkmark | Account is connected and working |
| Invalid | Red X | Connection failed - check credentials |
| Pending | Spinner | Verification in progress |
| Unknown | No indicator | Not yet verified |
Balance Display
When an account is verified successfully, you'll see:
- Equity - Total account value including unrealized P&L
- Available Balance - Free balance for new positions
- Unrealized P&L - Profit/loss from open positions
Balance information is fetched at the time of verification. For real-time balance updates, use the trading interface or periodically re-verify.
Troubleshooting
Account Shows Invalid
If an account shows as invalid:
- Check that the API token is correct and complete
- Verify that the API key hasn't been revoked or expired
- Confirm futures trading permission is enabled
- If using a proxy, check that it's working correctly
Verification Timeout
If verification takes too long:
- Check your internet connection
- MEXC might be experiencing high load - try again later
- If using a proxy, the proxy might be slow or unresponsive
