Positions Management
Monitor and manage your open positions effectively.
The Positions Table
The positions table shows all your open positions with key information:

| Symbol | Trading pair (e.g., BTC/USDT) |
| Side | Long (green) or Short (red) |
| Leverage | Position leverage (e.g., 10x) |
| Size | Position volume |
| Entry Price | Your average entry |
| Mark Price | Current market price |
| Unrealized P&L | Current profit/loss |
| ROE % | Return on equity percentage |
Real-Time Updates
Position data updates automatically:
- Mark price updates in real-time
- P&L recalculates continuously
- New positions appear instantly
- Closed positions are removed automatically
Position Actions
Modify SL/TP
To change stop loss or take profit:
- Click the SL/TP button on the position row
- Enter new SL and/or TP prices
- Click Save to apply changes
- Alternatively, drag SL/TP lines on the chart
Close Position
To close a position:
- Full close - Click the X button to close the entire position at market
- Partial close - Click to open the close modal and specify a portion to close
Market Close
Closing at market will execute immediately at the best available price. For precise exits, consider placing a limit order instead.
Chart Overlay
Open positions are visualized on the chart:
- Entry line - Horizontal line at your entry price
- SL line - Stop loss level (usually red)
- TP line - Take profit level (usually green)
- Position info - Size and P&L displayed on the chart
You can drag SL and TP lines directly on the chart to modify your orders.
P&L Display Options
Toggle between different P&L display formats:
- USDT - Absolute profit/loss in USDT
- Percentage - ROE percentage
Use the toggle in the header to switch display modes globally.
Multi-Account View
When viewing positions across multiple accounts (group selected):
- Positions from all group accounts are shown
- Each position shows which account it belongs to
- Aggregate P&L is displayed at the top
- Close actions apply to individual positions
Position Management Tips
- Always set SL - Protect against large losses
- Monitor liquidation price - Don't let positions get too close
- Use partial closes - Lock in profits while letting winners run
- Review regularly - Check positions periodically for adjustments
